Rates per day, per apartment for stays of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday.
For stays less than 7 nights rates and availability on request.
Upon your arrival we ask for a deposit of 500,00€ for each apartment
Tourist tax € 1.00 per person per day
Upon confirmation, a credit card number and expiration date is required for a 40% deposit.

Cancellation free of charge till 90 days before arrival.
Any cancellation made from 90 to 30 days before arrival is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
For cancellations made in the last 30 days before arrival or no shows the total booking amount will be applied.
For earlier departures there will be no refund.
A deposit of € 500.00 will be required through your credit card.

Water, electricity, gas, use of swimming pool and equipment , satellite TV, WIFI internet connection, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwav , safe deposit box in the appartment, central vacuum cleaner, linen and towels (changed weekly ), parking.
Washing machine available for guests.
Change of Towels and cleaning of the apartment in the middle of the week ( for 7 nights stay)
Every morning fresh bread delivery.
