Upon confirmation a credit card number as guarantee is required for a 40% of deposit.
Cancellation free of charge till 90 days before arrival.
Any cancellation made from 90 to 30 days before arrival is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
For cancellations made in the last 30 days before arrival or no shows the total booking amount will be applied.
For earlier departures there will be no refund.
Upon your arrival a damage deposit of € 500.00 will be reserved through your credit card, please have your PIN number with you, you need to confirm the reservation of the deposit.
